What Is Our Approach
Experience
There is no one size fits all solution. With decades of experience in banking, trust and insurance, our professionals understand how best to craft viable solutions for you and your client.
Unique
Every client is different. We match the cash flow, risk tolerance and collateral capabilities to the bank’s lending structure and profile. This optimizes lending rates, the bank’s capabilities and the loan design.
Independent
Unlike many firms, we are completely independent and focus on financing only. We do not participate in, or place insurance. If you require expertise with the insurance placement we can suggest names of our trusted strategic partners.
Expertise
We can provide: Non collateralized lending options; collateralized lending options; locked rates and terms; flexibility, and multiple exit strategies.
Our Process
Lender
We know who the lenders are and we know them by name. We are able to negotiate rates and terms by matching lender capabilities and borrower strengths.
Financing
We take over the financing process and include the referral source in all communication. We serve as your back office loan processing advisor.
Support
Our Strategic Partnership helps clients obtain financing with better terms and rates. Oftentimes we can turn a “no” into a “yes”.
Paperwork
We handle all paperwork and communication with the lender which can be daunting.
Monitor
Year over year we monitor the loan and work with you, our Strategic Partner to ensure loan compliance and that the renewal process is fluid and managed.
Fee
We charge a fully disclosed fee for service based on scope and work provided. Fees are spread over the term of the loan and paid to us by the lending institution.
No two clients are alike.
We match the lender’s loan structure, target client profile, and lending requirements with the borrower’s personality, design needs, cash flow, risk tolerance, and collateral capabilities.
We provide the expertise and access to our multi-lender platform to craft the best client solution.
Our Services
We facilitate the lending process so you can concentrate on managing your client relationship.
Pre-Financial Underwriting
We work with you, our Strategic Partner to determine if your client is a good fit for a premium financing arrangement and ensure that the financial picture is custom-tailored to the client’s need.
Evaluation of Lending Sources
There are multiple types of lending sources: Banks, Equity firms, Finance firms and private lenders. We work with the advisor to determine which model best fits the client and their particular situation.
Submission
We handle all the paperwork involved with the loan submission and follow through to closing.
Monitoring
We perform ongoing monitoring of the loan design and the collateral requirement to ensure that the loan is managed for maximum efficiency.
We are Facilitators
We do not work directly with your client – we work with you, our Strategic Partner; We do not place life insurance and we do not participate in any life insurance commission.
